These terms apply to your use of the STRYKR website and to every order you place with us. By ordering, you agree to them.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, a price or description is materially wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.
Subscriptions bill automatically at $67.49 AUD per delivery — 25% off the $89.99 AUD one-time price — on your chosen 30 or 60 day cycle until you cancel. Standard shipping rates apply to subscription deliveries. You authorise us to charge your saved payment method for each renewal.
You can pause, reschedule, change flavour or cancel at any time. Changes made at least 24 hours before a renewal apply to that order; after that, the order is already in production and the change applies to the next cycle.
Promotional items included with a subscription, such as a free shaker, are supplied with your first order and are not refundable separately.
Complete Intra Workout is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
This product is not suitable for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are subject to drug-tested competition, consult a qualified health professional before use. Use in conjunction with a balanced diet and appropriate physical training program.

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.
The STRYKR name, logo, product imagery, copy and site design are owned by us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding its price.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute.
