STRYKR respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Order and account information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history and subscription preferences.
Payment information: card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through cookies and analytics.
To process and deliver orders, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the site and our products, and — with your consent — send marketing emails about new products and offers.
We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate: Shopify (store and checkout), payment providers, Australia Post and other carriers, email and analytics providers.
Some providers store data overseas, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. We never sell your personal information.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Transactional messages about your orders and subscription will still be sent.
We use cookies for cart functionality, site performance and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work correctly without them.
Data is held on secure, access-controlled systems. We keep order records for at least 7 years to meet Australian tax and consumer law obligations, and delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@strykr.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
